Q:Why are the batches sometimes different?

A: Our ingredients are not chemically altered, de colourized, de scented, or refined. This means fresh from the trees and plants they come from. They are weather dependent. The colour, texture and smell change with the weather. The good news is that they retain all of the goodness, vitamins and minerals that are stripped from refined ingredients.
