Leg cramps at night?  Twitches?  Brain fog?  Anxiety?

Magnesium plays a key part in how well your body functions.  Magnesium deficiency is now common place with up to 70% of North Americans suffering from it.  All of the above can be directly linked to low magnesium.

Scroll down to see symptoms of magnesium.

Studies have suggested that magnesium may be better absorbed through the skin than through ingestion. When applied topically, it can be available on a cellular level almost immediately. This is because a spray bypasses the digestive tract and goes directly to the cells, whereas it can take as long as seven days for the body to digest and make it available to the body when taken orally.

Our Magnesium chloride spray contains a 10% ratio of MSM and 40% magnesium chloride in a base of colloidal magnesium.  We recently replaced the water component with colloidal magnesium for even better absorption.  We added MSM to our spray in order to enhance cell permeability to possibly help with the cell uptake of magnesium, speeding up the whole process. Our powdered magnesium chloride comes from the Dead Sea, known for its’ many health benefits. It is easy to use and free of added chemicals.

Magnesium is a crucial part of optimal health. This spray is a topical alternative to magnesium supplements with the added benefits of MSM. Try it today!

How to use our Magnesium Spray with MSM:

    • Use 3-7 spritzes on the body, once a day. Rub into skin. I find a great time to use it is after a shower or bath.
    • Be patient! Magnesium deficiency did not happen overnight. It can more than 2 months for levels to return to normal.
    • For people that like to snack on salty foods at night, we recommend spritzer your feet before bed.

What’s so important about Magnesium?

It is the fourth most abundant mineral in our bodies. It is crucial for healthy body function, with every organ in the body using it. Magnesium helps make bones strong and is part of the makeup of teeth. It keeps blood pressure normal, the heart and kidneys working, and inflammation down and energy up. It helps regulate calcium, copper, zinc, potassium, Vitamin D, and other nutrients. In all, Magnesium is involved in over 300 different biochemical processes that are vital to your health.

While magnesium is found in foods like leafy greens, nuts, seeds, fish, beans, grains, yogurt, bananas, and dark chocolate, some sources claim that magnesium content in our foods has declined 25-80% since 1950. Many breads and pastas have lost up to 80-95% of the magnesium they once had, due to commercial production processes. Excessive sugar, salt, stress, caffeine, and alcohol all contribute to lowering magnesium in the body. Unfortunately, this describes the average North American diet. No wonder many scientists are now claiming that up to 75% of us are magnesium deficient!

Magnesium has been used to treat pregnant women with preeclampsia, severe toxemia, seizures in children, inflammation of the kidneys, brain functions, heart attacks, and premature babies.

It’s almost perfect

I used it a few times on the leg cramp and it has worked most of the time, I would recommend it for people that suffer from these cramps.

Hi Helene
Thank you so much for the 5 stars. Here is, hopefully some suggestions to help you get results every time.
By the time people get leg cramps, it usually means they are severely deplete of Magnesium. Here is our suggestions: spray on the muscle cramp AND on the soles of the feet. If the cramping is not gone within 2 minutes, spray again.
If snacking on salty foods before bed, make sure to spray your feet before bed to prevent waking up in the middle of the night with cramping legs. Salt depletes magnesium very quickly and this will replenish the magnesium that the snacking depleted.
If you are under stress, anxiety or severe heat, these all deplete magnesium within hours or even minutes. Make sure you are spraying Magnesium on more than once a day when experiencing any of these. Overdosing magnesium: it will come out the other end so no worries. I personally use 7 sprays/pumps a day with no problems. I use it after a shower every morning and or at night when the temperatures are high.
Thanks again for the 5 stars and the opportunity to talk about how to use our Magnesium spray.

Great spray!

I have used this spray for over 2 years. I have found it to be very beneficial. When plagued with nighttime cramps and leg pains I just spray this on and find almost instant relief. My contact with the company has also been terrific. Thank you.

Hi Maxine
Thank you for your kind review, the five stars and for telling us how you use it! Magnesium is so needed, especially during covid. Magnesium is depleted from the body so easily by stress, anxiety, trauma, and salt. We end up with leg cramps and muscle spasms or even heart palpitations and don't realize that it is an easy fix by taking magnesium. I am so glad you found our Magnesium spray and that it is helping!

Dreamy Feet

I spray the Magnesium with MSM on the soles of my feet every night and it eliminates my achy cramps feet so sleep is restful and I disturbed 👍

Hi Mary
Thank you for the 5 stars! I personally think Magnesium is a must have for every single person. It is the 5th most important mineral in our bodies. Low magnesium leads to that muscle cramping so many of us are familiar with. So glad to hear that it is making a difference in the quality of your sleep!

Customer review

Skeptical at first, but was offered a spray on my achy feet at the gift show. Pain was gone within 30 seconds!

Second time I used was after experiencing what I thought was sciatic pain from my left cheek down to my left leg for about a week. I received my shipment and within 2 sprays to both areas, the pain was gone. I could walk and bend without the discomfort of the pain.

Highly, highly, highly recommend. Beautiful customer experience!!
