Q: Can I use Mercy alongside prescription meds?
Yes. Because it acts locally and isn’t metabolized by your liver or kidneys, Mercy is unlikely to interact with oral drugs. If you’re on blood-thinners, patch-test first and consult your doctor. Mercy extra strength can increase the effectiveness of certain drugs so consult your doctor first if you are on blood thinners, steroids or sedatives.
Q: How fast does it work?
Topical Mercy starts cooling within 2 minutes; most users report full relief in 5–10 minutes. The soak delivers body-wide relaxation by the 5-minute mark.
Q: Is Mercy safe to use on children?
Yes, Regular strength Mercy is safe for children 4 and older. We have used Mercy on younger children but recommend checking with your doctor first. We do not recommend using Extra strength on children under 12 years.
