I started buying this several years ago from a friend who sold it in her gift shop. It worked great for the neck problem I was having. I have recommended this to a number of other people who now use it. Most recently my sister was visiting from Ontario and was suffering from a shoulder injury that was causing her quite a bit of pain. I gave her my cream to try and it gave her quite a bit of relief. I put Mercy lotion on my lower back, shoulders and knees. Anywhere that I have pain in my muscles or arthritic pain. It soothes and relaxes the muscles and often takes the arthritic pain away. It works for me!
