Whenever I have aches and pains that is my "go to" product. I like that the lotion is easy to apply and so effective. My mother uses it daily for her back and shoulder pain. We just purchased the biggest bottle that you can buy. We are never without it.
I bought Damage Control for my severely cracked heels but I didn't find that it help the deep cracks. I do, however, use it for my hands and knees, when I'm gardening. I put it on before I go out and it really protects my skin from drying out. It stays on for a long time even if my hands are in water. I really like it.
What can I say but this is the best product out there! I have been using this product for about 18 years. I literally cannot live without it. I get really bad cramps in my feet that keep me awake at night. At the first sign of cramps, I rub the lotion on the bottom of my feet for about 30 seconds and it's like magic, the pain is gone and I can fall asleep. I also use it if I or my husband get muscle pain or strain (anywhere). Rub it on and put a little heat on, a couple of times a day, and the pain is relieved if not gone. I carry a travel size with me always.
