GAME CHANGER!!!

Our family had been talking about a Mediterranean Cruise for a long time and in the summer of 2023, I surprised everyone with a 28 day trip for March in 2024. A couple of months later I started to have terrible arthritis pain with my knees. I could barely walk around my kitchen yet alone for a short walk around the neighborhood. I was beside myself trying to figure out how I was going to keep up with the rest of my family. I was always the go getter in the family and now I was worried I was going to slow everyone down. A message therapist I was seeing had mention Mercy MSM. I had remembered buying this from Wild Birds unlimited, but I hadn’t thought to use it for this. I started to use it before the trip and noticed a difference and while on the trip I was using it faithfully. A total game changer I have to say. Ingredients (in English)

Water, Glycerin, Olive Oil: Hydrating base for smooth application.

MSM: Supplies sulfur needed for pain relief, inflammation reduction, and muscle recovery. (Note: Due to Health Canada regulations, MSM is listed as a standard ingredient.)

Menthol: Provides a cooling or warming effect, relieves muscle pain, congestion, and headaches.

Proprietary Essential Oil Blend: Formulated for anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal benefits.

Natural thickeners and emulsifiers

How to Use

For restless legs: Apply (before bed) to soles of feet and a small amount on your calf. If you forgot to apply before bed and wake up with RLS, immediately apply to sole of foot and calf. Symptoms should disappear within minutes. If not, reapply. Some nights may take a second application for complete relief.

For general aches and pains: apply a small amount where you need relief. Simply apply until it disappears into your skin. No need to massage. If full relief is not achieved within 5 minutes, reapply.

For arthritis: apply where needed as often as needed. Sometimes a second application may be necessary for complete relief. You cannot overdose on Mercy.

For bad knees: apply before getting out of bed and before getting into bed at night. Apply as needed during the day. Sometimes a second application within 5 minutes can help stubborn pain.

Headache: Apply on temple, down jaw line and back of neck. Do NOT get to close to eyes!

Growing Pains: Apply when needed and where needed. There is no danger of overdose or side effects. Apply before bed if child frequently experiences pain during the night.

Cold and Flu: Apply on chest and neck before bed, first thing in the morning and as often as needed. Mercy works well to calm coughing and helps open up breathing passages. TIP: For coughing fits, spray our magnesium spray on chest and then apply Mercy. Magnesium helps relax the muscles during a coughing fit and the Mercy helps congestion.

For Bad Backs: Rena, our staff member suffers from severe back pain. Her recommendation is to apply Mercy lotion followed by Mercy spray for the best results. This was recommended to her from a long time customer who had been doing this method for years with great results.

Always patch test a new product on a small place on forearm before using fully.

Questions and Answers

Q: Is Mercy safe to use on children?
Yes, Regular strength Mercy is safe for children 4 and older. We have used Mercy on younger children but recommend checking with your doctor first. We do not recommend using Extra strength on children under 12 years.

Q: How long can you use Mercy?
We have people who have used Mercy 2-3 x day for years with no side effects.

Q: Can pregnant women use Mercy and Mercy soak?

Yes, pregnant women have been using Mercy for back ache, Braxton Hicks and labour effectively without side effects for over 25 years. It is highly recommended by a number of Midwives and Doulas. We do NOT recommend using the Mercy extra strength as there has not been enough studies for it's safety and effectiveness during pregnancy.

Q: Is Mercy/MSM a good option for post workout inflammation and pain?
Yes, studies show that MSM can reduce inflammatory cytokines on muscles after strenuous exercise.
