Have now tried other essential oils from the Cloud 9 wonder package- I find the Exodus anointing oil quite mystical- the beautiful spicy and warming scent works to uplift the spirit just as Joyful, Abundant Life and Sunshine Spice do- definitely mood enhancing!
The Key Lime and Geranium oil belong in that category( for me personally) as well and I will save some for the rainy and cold winter months when mood boosters are even more needed….
In my case I use the earthy tones of Balsam Fir, Sage, Sweet Marjoram Juniper Berry and Pine needle for grounding…
Of those the Balsam Fir essential oil is my favourite- the scent is amazing- like walking through a forest!
Also love the Anise essential oil smell- just inhaling it deeply mitigates stress!

Personally I find that each one is helpful for stress and anxiety-I just use a few drops on the skin wrist points throughout the day and vary between the oils intuitively according to the emotional or mental situations. The general effect is a more confident stable and calm state of being….which is very much appreciated
Also always make sure to carry at least one essential oil in my purse for extra support….
