Essential oils can be a great way to treat a variety of conditions, naturally. Each oil has properties that can benefit us in some way, whether it’s relieving headaches, reducing anxiety, fighting colds, preventing infection, keeping bugs away, etc. Before using essential oils, it is important to educate yourself about proper use, storage, and quality concerns. Respiratory Bath Soak Recipe:
– 1 tbsp carrier oil such as fractionated coconut oil, olive oil, grapeseed, etc
– 2-5 drops of DeconChest essential oil
– 1 cup epsom salts
Mix Deconchest essential oil blend with carrier oil of choice. Add to epsom salts and mix well. Pour into bath water and soak for 15-20 minutes.
