Our all-natural Mercy lotion is formulated without manmade chemicals, preservatives, parabens, or urea. It is made with pure OptiMSM from the USA and the highest grade, pure essential oils (GC and MS tested for quality).
NOTE: Health Canada has asked us to change the name of Mercy MSM to Mercy. Our formula has NOT changed!!! We just cannot use the WORD "MSM". We are not allowed by law to claim that MSM is an "active" ingredient so it is relegated to the bottom of the label in the ingredient list.
The lotion is creamy, non-greasy, and easily absorbed by the skin with a non-medicinal smell that dissipates quickly. It works within 5 minutes and can help for up to 5 - 8 hours.

Tonight, just now I had both my legs cramp up from the groin to my knee. At first I thought, no big deal. But it was a big deal, really big. Guys and gals too, this saved my life, brought me back from the dead, I had to say goodbye to Jesus and come to my senses. It worked, beyond belief, it worked. OK, let’s get down to brass tacks here now that I have use of my lower body again, if I could give this 7 stars I would but it only let me click on 5. This is a solid 12 out of 10 100% would recommend for anything. Nice work crew, if we ever meet, supper’s on me!!

BEST review EVER! My sincere apologies for laughing at your pain. Your review not only made my week but also gave me my laugh for the day. So glad to hear that it was not 'your time to go'. Jesus must have decided that your humour was needed here on earth right now.
On a serious note, you may be low on magnesium. Unfortunately, a lot of people like to munch on high salt foods before bed. (Not that I am pointing any fingers) Salt before bed can severly deplete magnesium which can then lead to muscle cramping during the night. The other culprit is stress and over excersizing.
To mitigate muscle cramping, get some spray Magnesium and spray the bottom of your feet before bed. We make it and so do a few other companies. You should have no problems finding a brand in stores across Canada. I love that you are using our Mercy spray but I would rather have you fix the problem before it happens again rather than fixing it while your legs are cramping and heading to visit Jesus again.

I love this product smells great and works!I I've osteo & rheumatoid arthritis in the knees. I can't use other creams as they contain devils claw and other items I'm allergic to. This is simple with just the ingredients nèded to be effective.

We are so sorry that your shipment is stuck in limbo with Canada Post. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of the Canadian government and the postal workers. It is heartbreaking for us to know that so many of our customers cannot get the products they need due to the strike. We hope it is over soon as this strike has shut down so many small businesses that rely on inexpensive shipping with Canada Post. All other shipping companies are an option only for people who live in big to medium size cities. Anyone rural or small town has shipping costs that are unaffordable. We hope and pray the strike will be over very soon. Joann

We are so sorry that your have a parcel stuck. We had high hopes that the strike would be diverted or short lived. There must be hundreds of thousands of people who will not get their gifts in time for Christmas this year. Many who choose to support small business in Canada instead of Amazon have just been stomped on by this strike. This has shut down ALL small business that relies on inexpensive shipping with CP across Canada. It will not be a very merry Christmas for so many of us this year as many businesses that will not survive this strike. I have been using Mercy ❤️ for over 10 years Arthritis and degenerative discs and joints in hands used to make daily activites difficult and sometimes impossible. This lotion is on my night stand and I apply before sleep and when I get up daily. I can not imagine my days without it. I tried many things but it was Mercy that made a difference. Highly recommend!
