    Chemical free, water free, Ecocert, fair trade ingredients, these butters are a great, healthy alternative to mass produced, chemical laden moisturizers found on supermarket shelves.

    Each body butter is made with a different combination of butters and oils and I love the results.    They are light, silky, and spread easily into the skin.  Apply after a shower or bath, they will help lock in moisture.  No need to reapply two-three times per day due to the concentrated butters chosen for their anti aging and moisturizing properties.

    I love butters and oils.  When I started 30 years ago, there were very few to choose from.  Now there are new ones arriving in the marketplace every day.  It is difficult to contain my spending to 30-40 oils and butters at a time.  

    Rose Petal ingredients:for sensitive, aging skin
    Abyssinian oil: exceptional moisturizing, anti clogging, wrinkle fighter, regenerative 
    Dragons blood resin: helps prevent moisture loss, reduces inflammation, plumps wrinkles, stimulated collagen production, helpful for problem skin 
    Shea butter: helps keep skin supple, soothes, improves tone and suppleness
    Cocoa butter:  natural antioxidants, intense hydration 
    Tapioca starch: helps stabilize formula, makes butters feel less greasy, helps hydrate 
    Ritamulse & cetyl alcohol:  help soften and moisturize as well as thicken formulas and stabilize, decreases itching and flaking.
    Vit E: prevents oils from going rancid, antioxidant, strengthens skin barrier, moisturizing
    Essential Oil: damask rose can help reduce wrinkles and even out skin tone
    Beetroot: helps remove dead skin cells

    Passionfruit seed oil:helps preserve collagen and elastin for firmer, more youthful skin, deeply moisturizes, rich in essential fatty acids and nutrients
    Mango butter: softens and rejuvenates, assists cell regeneration
    Shea butter: helps keep skin supple, soothes, improves tone and suppleness

    Hi there
    I bought the Rose Petal whipped butter. It was on sale because it was a gritty batch. I didn't find any grit but the scent is not pleasant. Rose is a tricky one to capture. I love all my other purchases though!

    I am glad that it was not gritty. The scent is pure rose essential oils. We don't use nature identicals or even 'natural' scent for the rose body butter. It may be that the rose essential oil is combining with the scent of the shea butter and you are picking up on the underlying scent.
    You must have a good nose because most people can only smell the rose.

    Coming up roses!!

    I am ordering another Rose Petal body butter. Not only does it smell beautiful (like a rose, obviously!), it melts onto the skin, but surprisingly, is not greasy. It absorbs readily and the subtle scent is lingering, but not overwhelming. I can use it and still visit my elderly Mama who is scent sensitive- but this doesn’t bother her, so bonus! Another win for Cloud9naturally, I would say.

    The rose body butter is made with some really lovely oils. The abyssinian and dragons blood resin are some of my favourite oils as they are light, healing and non greasy!

    Amazing!

    This rose body butter is my new favorite! Super rich, but not too heavy and the scent of rose is so true, you think you're smelling an actual rose. Absolutely love it!

    I'm using the coconut this morning and loving it. I will be working on lighter fomulations for mother day/ summer. Just got in my new, natural scents this morning. I am so pleased that I can now do amazing smelling body butters with natural scents like Bergamot Nectarine, Mango Peach and Raspberry Sweetpea.
