Thank you for leaving a review! I recently finished my very old body bar and finally got a chance to try the new container and new formula (less beeswax making it easier to apply). With cold season already in full force, I have been using the body bar on my feet every time I know I am going to be exposed to a lot of people. I use it before and after any exposure to the public. So far, I have not succumbed to any flu viruses.

I was introduced to Mercy lotion years ago at the Butterdome in Edmonton. I had a sore back at the time and they offered to put it on my back. I agreed and my pain was gone in under 5 minutes. It’s amazing! I dislocated and fractured my elbow in May and I apply Mercy after physio and it helps immensely. I like to try to support small Canadian businesses because they have such a difficult time staying afloat with all the government regulations. Shame on the government! Small business are the backbone of our country. Joann is great to deal with and is very knowledgeable. I hope she can continue for years to come. Blessings to you, Joann.

We appreciate you giving our readers the details of why you use our Mercy. Yes, by December, we will no longer be registered with an NPN number which means we will no longer be able to tell people what Mercy is for. The 10 million dollar fine for one small infraction (like forgetting to record exactly where a bottle went) is not worth risking my business and livelyhood. There are thousands of Canadian businesses abandoning ship and heading to the States. This is a travesty for Canada. Even if there is a change in government, it will take years to reverse the laws put in place by questionable motives. By then, it will be to late. Natural health products will be gone.

I was planning on discontinuing this line of products but there has been such an outpouring of people wanting it and having such good results, that I have decided to keep it. I will however tweak the scent as a few people have commented that it needs some help. Tea tree is not a great scent yet delivers amazing results. I will see what I can do.

We have used and loved the Fourt Theives Soap for many years, but it has now become too expensive to continue using it. The bar size has gotten smaller and the price has gotten higher. So now unable to justify buying it.

I feel your pain! The cost of shipping has doubled and the cost of ingredients has gone up 60%. We only raised our prices by 6% last summer. This meant no raises for staff or myself for the last 4 years.
Now the government wants to charge us huge licensing fees. We are trying our best to stay in business but with increases everywhere, we may not last more than another 1-2 years. The only hope for small business is a change in government!
