Healthy Bagel Bites

The little bundles of goodness are not only yummy but healthy!
Best served warm. They freeze well so can make for a quick healthy snack, simply heat in microwave.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat oven to 400* F.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of almond flour
- 1 large egg or 2 med eggs. Whip eggs then put about 2 tbsp in a small dish and mix with 2 tbsp of water saved this to brush on top of bites before baking.
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt.
- 1 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp dill weed
- everything bagel spice
- in a small bowl soften cream cheese and mix in dill, set aside
- mix yogurt, whipped egg and mozzarella cheese together in a bowl that is big enough to add the flour mixture after.
- mix almond flour and baking powder together and add to yogurt egg mixture. Mix well and form onto a large ball. Then divide large ball into 10 equal sized smaller balls.
- Then flatten out each ball in your palm so you can add 1 tps of the cream cheese/dill mixture to center and the reform into a ball. Set on baking tray.
- once all small balls filled brush the tops with egg water mixture then sprinkle tops with everything bagel spice.
- Bake in preheated 400*F oven for about 14 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Best eaten while still warm.
