This essential oil blend features menthol, camphor, wintergreen, peppermint, clove, eucalyptus, lavender, and more. It is made of essential oils and other natural aromatics only, no carriers. This is a formula revised and perfected by a noted Chinese herbalist some seventy years ago, based on an ancient formula dating back more than a thousand years to the era of the Tong Dynasty.

Use for: motion sickness, pain, cuts, wounds, swelling, sprains, cold and flu, bites, headache, stiff neck, cough, toothache, stomach ache

Ways to use:

  • Massage: 2.5-5% dilution. 15-20 drops per 30mL of carrier oil, such as fractionated coconut, sunflower, etc.
  • Diffuser: 5-6 drops in water
  • Baths: add 2-12 drops into 1 tsp of honey, milk or carrier oil. This can then be mixed with unscented bath salts of your choice, or directly into bath water.
  • Lotions and soaps: add 15-20 drops per 30mL of unscented base/lotion.
Cautions: contains wintergreen oil – avoid contact with eyes and nose. Keep out of reach of children.
