How to use Relax essential oil blend:

  • Massage oil or rollerball: 2.5-5% dilution. Add 15-20 drops in 30mL of carrier oil such as fractionated coconut, sunflower, etc.
  • Diffuser: 5-6 drops in water
  • Inhaler: 5-10 drops in inhaler, inhale through the nose deeply
  • Baths: add 2-5 drops into tsp of carrier oil. Optionally mix with epsom or Dead Sea salt and add to bath water.
  • Lotion: add 15-20 drops in 30mL of unscented base.
