Name: Orange oil, Dark
Species: Citrus sinensis
Part: Peel
Method: Expressed
Class: Monoterpene
Country: Belize
Thought to be: anti-inflammatory, anti-depressant, antispasmodic, antiseptic, diuretic, sedative

When we were in Belize, we drove past acres and acres of orange groves and dozens of trucks loaded to the brim with the fruits. They tasted and smelled tart, strong and fresh. It was a shame to leave those wonderful oranges behind when we came home. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find an essential oil made from Belize oranges and had to place an order! This dark orange essential oils is rich and slightly more tart than our blood orange essential oil.
