Respiratory Bath Soak Recipe
Respiratory Bath Soak Recipe:
– 1 tbsp carrier oil such as fractionated coconut oil, olive oil, grapeseed, etc
– 2-5 drops of DeconChest essential oil
– 1 cup epsom salts
Mix Deconchest essential oil blend with carrier oil of choice. Add to epsom salts and mix well. Pour into bath water and soak for 15-20 minutes.
