Grapefruit essential oil has a great fruity smell that is cheery and uplifting. This essential oil is cold-pressed from the peel and has a shelf-life of only 6 months. Refrigerating can extend the shelf life. When it becomes pine-like in its smell, do not apply it to the skin. It can however, still be used in homemade cleaners, as grapefruit oil is a wonderful degreaser.

How to use our pure grapefruit essential oil:
Massage oil: 15-20 drops per 60mL of carrier oil such as fractionated coconut, sunflower, etc.
Diffuser: 5-6 drops in water.
Bath:add 2-7 drops into tsp of a carrier oil.
Lotion or shampoo: add 5-6 drops per 60mL of unscented base/lotion.
TIP: To extend the shelf life of citrus essential oils, keep refrigerated.
Patch test first as grapefruit oil is phototoxic. Best blended with other essential oils.
