How to use DeconChest essential oil blend
Massage oil or rollerball: 1-2.5% dilution 5-10 drops/ 30mL of carrier oil such as fractionated coconut, sunflower, etc.
Diffuser: 5-6 drops in water
Baths: add 2-5 drops into tsp of carrier oil.
Lotion: add 5 drops to 30mL of unscented base
Inhaler: 10-15 drops in inhaler on wick or Himalayan salt
